Iconic ingredients of rolled oats, apple, raisins, cinnamon & honey



  1. Pour the liquid of your choice into to the pack - enough to just cover the oats. 
  2.  Give it a shake and let it sit in your Fridge for 4 hours (overnight is better) 
  3. Pour into a bowl, give it a stir, and add anything else you may want - Try extras nuts, seeds or superfoods
Try adding Milk, Fruit Juice, Almond Milk, Coconut water/milk… etc

One Blendid pack is a single serving, but we’re generous so feel free to share. 1 pack will make 500ml, depending on how much liquid you add, and is nutritionally a full meal replacement.
